Finland bans smoking

On TurkishPress.com  you can read that Finnland is the last European country that bans smoking in bars and restaurant.

In fact that is not true. I know definitely that Austria and Germany have not banned smoking in bars and restaurants yet, although a big discussion on the side effects of smoking is a daily press topic. Just in ‘public’ places like train stations, hospitals or government buildings smoking is banned.
